High Prairie, Alberta – High Prairie School Division is pleased to announce the appointment of 2 Vice Principals in the division. Jodi McMahon will be the new VP of Kinuso School and Deanna Sloan will be the new VP at Roland Michener Secondary School. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

High Prairie, Alberta – High Prairie School Division is pleased to announce the appointment of 2 Vice Principals in the division. Jodi McMahon will be the new VP of Kinuso School and Deanna Sloan will be the new VP at Roland Michener Secondary School.

Jodi will be assuming the position from current Kinuso School VP Brita Goldie who will be moving to a new role outside the division. She has 23 years of teaching experience with the past 3 years as a Vice Principal. Jodi was also an instructor of the Bachelor of Education program at Aurora College (through University of Saskatchewan). She has a Bachelor of Education from Acadia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University.

Deanna will be assuming the position from current Roland Michener Secondary School VP Brian Hay who will be retiring this year after working for the division for 30 years. Deanna has a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and a Masters of Science from Grace College. She has been teaching at Roland Michener Secondary School since 2009 and was also part of the division’s leadership training program at that school.

High Prairie School Division would like to thank both Brita Goldie and Brian Hay for their years of service and wish them all the best in their future endeavours. To both of our new Vice Principals, welcome to your new roles!
